The staff were easily accessible with all our needs. Best possible location - within short walking distance to everywhere we needed. The hotel was a fabulous base for enjoying a good area.

Loved having a television with satellite channels, climate control, and a fridge in the room. the food options were savoury and plentiful. - the hotel is conveniently located close to a quiet neighborhood and the center of Pune. - Most of the staff members were very helpful and extremely friendly.

Our New Year stay was excellent! the hotel provided us with complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi which was a nice surprise. the location was perfect, walking distance to all the shops and cafes.

Some of the staff members were a bit rude and unhelpful. the noise from outside and upstairs was loud and disruptive at times.
